Abstract

|
From the fusion of the murine myeloma NS-1 with spleen cells from the mice
immunifed with the human gastric carcinoma cell hybridomas producing antibodies were
obtained. The hybridoma's clone secreted antibodies specifically bound to human gastric
carcinoma cells either grown in culture or obtained from patients.
This monoclonal antibody to human gastric carcinoma cells labelled with
131I, also specifically bound to human gastric carcinoma grown in nude
mouse.
